Bago-Bago (Skullfish)

Bot

Bot

Behavior

Idle for 64-127 frames (~1-2 seconds), then move a random direction for 192-255 frames (~3.2-4.25 seconds).

Every frame, there is a 1 in 128 chance that the bot will start a jump towards Link. The jump is the same strength, no matter how far away Link is (and isn't confused by screen wrap). There is no limit to the number of times that a bot will jump in a row, but it does have to finish a jump fully before starting a new one.

It will start a jump whether it is idle or moving, and the jump doesn't affect the idle/move timer.

Due to the way the rng progresses, when 1 bot jumps, they will all jump. Based on their slot, a bot will jump 8, 16, 24, 32, or 40 frames after the first bot jump. But remember, even if you wait for every bot to finish their jump, rng might mean that another jump will come immediately after.

TL;DR - Never trust a bot
